Telos approached us with a thesis : architecture studios spend 30%+ of billable hours on documentation, compliance and admin work that AI can now handle. They had the technical team to build the AI. They didn't have the brand, the product strategy, or the UI to make architects actually adopt it.

Design a SaaS that architects choose voluntarily — a tribe famously suspicious of software that promises to 'help' them. Earn trust at first contact, prove value in the first week, become indispensable by month three.

Nuestro enfoque

Six-week embedded research inside three real architecture studios. Workflow mapping, pain point ranking, software diary. The product strategy that emerged was ruthless : ship three features perfectly instead of fifteen mediocrely. UI/UX built to feel like a respected colleague, not an assistant. Engineering using Next.js, Supabase, Claude API, and a Stripe billing system designed for studios with project-based budgets.

El resultado

Beta launched with 12 paying studios in the first month. NPS in the 70s within the first 90 days (very rare for a new B2B SaaS). Time-to-value measured in days, not weeks. Seed funding closed shortly after beta on stronger terms than baseline.
