Event CommunicationWHY IT MATTERS
An event is a brand made physical. It either confirms the promise or breaks it.
Concept, design and production of brand events, launches and activations — across cities and continents.

IN DETAIL
What event communication covers.
The event is the medium
A launch is not a party with a logo on it. It is a message people walk through. We design the sequence — what they see first, what they touch, what they leave with — so the brand is experienced, not announced.
Content is the real audience
Three hundred people attend; three hundred thousand see the content. We plan the capture before the guest list, and design at least one moment that exists to be filmed.
Logistics without drama
Suppliers, permits, timings, contingency. The creative idea only survives if the operational side is boring — which is exactly what we aim for on the day.
Before, during, after
Most of the value of an event sits either side of the day itself. The invitation sequence decides who shows up; what you publish in the following two weeks decides how many people experience it who were never in the room. We plan all three phases at the same time, with the content for the third already shot during the second.
The room is a brand surface
Signage, badges, the stage, the lighting, the sound, what people are handed on the way out — each one is either carrying the identity or quietly contradicting it. We treat the venue as one more format in the system, designed against the same rules as the site and the campaign.
